Storytelling in Nenagh Library
Senior infants visited Nenagh Library for a story telling session with Margaret. We listened to stories about pumpkins and monsters.
Maths table quiz for Maths Week
Senior infants really enjoyed our maths chats table quiz. We drew a friend for our maths friend Mattie. He had Maths eyes and the number 6.
Flowers in Nurture
Beautiful yellow roses to brighten your day in Nurture.
Autumnal Art in Nurture
The children drew around their arm and hand. They painted it brown, cut around it and stuck it down to form the tree trunk and bare branches. They then dabbed autumn colours on using cotton buds to create autumn leaves.
Maths Week in Senior infants
Senior infants enjoyed their maths stations in the hall that were organised by Mrs. Walshe for Maths week.
Active School in Senior infants
As part of our Active school we are taking part in the " Skip around the World " challenge. We started off with rope free activities today using our hula hoops.
Coding in Senior infants
Senior infants got an introduction to coding today. We got to use the chromebooks for the first time and we got an introduction to scratch junior. We were able to pick our sprite and background. We had great fun.
