Welcoming Ceremony
As part of our Community National school we formally welcomed in our new Junior infants and Chatty Kids pupils to our school. Led by our 5th class boys we all enjoyed a great ceremony of song and poems.
Winter Art in Nurture
The image of the snowman used is taken from 'The Snowman'. The children enjoyed designing the hat and scarf for their snowman. They painted the background and then cut out their snowman and stuck it to the background.

Reading Buddies
Junior Infants and Sonas have really loved getting to know their reading boys from 3rd class The 3rd class boys have been reading us lovely stories and it’s great to be able to say hello to them on the yard too.

Junior infants Houses & Homes
We have been very busy in Junior Infants learning all about different types of houses and homes. The children have been using art, role play and construction to explore our new theme through play and we are all having lots of fun!
