Chatty Kids Class are learning all about Autumn this month. We started off the month with an Autumn walk. Having read the story “A Sense of Autumn” we went on a walk to explore what we could see, hear, smell, touch and taste. Unfortunately we didn’t find any blackberries to taste on this occasion. 

We gathered lots of leaves and nuts on our Autumn walk. When we returned to class, we used lots of language to describe the things we had found, colour, shape, size, texture. We made sets of each item on our tuff tray. 

We had a fantastic time on our Autumn walk and we are all excited to learn even more about Autumn this month.
